10/20/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Meet Other Associates & Collecting All The Way There

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

In this video, I was travelling to other neightbourhoods to meet my other associates to exchange information and content material with them. I just edited out our interactions to keep the meeting a relative secret on what we talked about and what we exchanged. All any of you need to know is that I went elsewhere and met up somewhere to exchange stuff. Everyone can try to guess what we talked about and exchanged for our eventual separate usages.

I really like these meetings with my other associates because I do not always get to visit their municipalities and neighbourhoods all the time. Besides, I can drive by some of their local area organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator houses and work buildings to take some more videos and photographs for later sharing at those weekend online and offline meetings with my international group associates. We all made notes and kept track of some of the various uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators before we passed along the information to the other global groups and their worldwide followers. The internet is a huge communication tool that can change societies and topple governments, NGOs, and corporations if wielded competently.

I did work for government as a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department, was a former regional executive member of a major political party, apartment building owner landlord's kid, etc. What do you supposed I did at these past job and social rank roles that I did? I watch and studied people in various environments. I know many things about how politics, business, marketing/sales/propaganda works. Everything that is ever done by humans involves some kind of sales to convince people to buy a product, service, ideology, and mindset. That is why some of my other international group associates and my factions of government/corporation officials nicknamed me the "Minister of Propaganda". Some of my ex bosses said that I was fairly good at selling stuff. Different target markets have different buttons.

The next weekend will be approaching fast and I will need more videos and photographs to pass along to the others before I show up to those online and offline meetings with everyone.
