Strategic Planning - Have Annual Action Plans

If the only objectives are too far away, then
1) They do not get focused on like they should
2) Momentum can drop off
3) People will not see accomplishments and lose trust in leadership
4) There is no accomplishments to communicate

Depending on the situation, sometimes we need to add some lower priority items into the plan, to accomplish tasks, communicate the wins, which builds momentum.
