Lauren Mullins: Drunk Fury Arraignment

LAUREN MULLINS BACK IN COURT
The 33-year-old law grad accused of killing 73-year-old Daniel O’Neil in a drunk-driving crash near MIT. Prosecutors say she was drunk, crashed into his moped, then a police cruiser, and went on a racist, vulgar tirade during arrest.

Now indicted for manslaughter while OUI, motor vehicle homicide, and open and gross lewdness. She pled not guilty, but her lawyer says she’s “taken full responsibility.” Judge set bail at $50K, down from the $100K prosecutors wanted.

The victim’s family calls it a disgrace, they want real justice for Daniel O’Neil.
