I came by to check on a property after an eviction, expecting it to be empty. The tenant had already told me she was gone — but when I arrived… she answered the door wearing a bath towel, blasting music, and taking her “last shower.”

👉 This job brings new surprises every week. Evictions aren’t always clean cut — some tenants think “move-out” means whenever they feel like it. But rules are rules, and once possession is granted, it’s time to vacate.

💡 Property management isn’t just paperwork — it’s unpredictable, chaotic, and sometimes downright hilarious. The important thing is staying calm, documenting everything, and keeping it professional, even when the situation feels like a sitcom.

Hopefully she’s truly out by the end of the day… but I’ve learned not to hold my breath. 😂
