Bibliolatry is the first step in attaining a perverted perception of the Bible to create denominations that twist scriptures and 2 Peter 3:16 warns us about this. It is used for the gain of the selfish. This is also how cults start. God is not the Bible and the Bible is not God. The Bible only introduces us to God and having a relationship with Him. There is no difference in christianity and other religions if we self-categorize it as such. It's about relationship.
