The Life and Career of Charley Chase

Charles Joseph Parrott, also known professionally as Charley Chase, was an American comedian, actor, screenwriter, and film director who worked for many pioneering comedy studios but is chiefly associated with producer, Hal Roach. He was the elder brother of comedian/director James Parrott.

Died: June 20, 1940, in Hollywood, California, U.S. (aged 46)
