Arson suspect charged in connection with deadly Palisades Fire in Southern California

Nine months after the Palisades Fire, which claimed the lives of a dozen people and burned down thousands of homes and businesses in Southern California, officials have arrested a suspect in Florida on suspicion of arson. Jonathan Rinderknecht, 29, is facing a federal charge of destruction of property by means of fire, according to Bill Essayli, the acting US attorney for Southern California.
