Chris Piehota: Jack Smith surveillance may have been politically motivated

Documents recently released by the FBI show Jack Smith obtained communications records related to Republican senators and a GOP congressman in his quest to investigate and prosecute Donald Trump. Former FBI agent Chris Piehota weighs in, saying the surveillance may have been politically motivated, “In this instance, I would certainly hope, but I am not hopeful that folks weren’t looking at this from a political angle."
