Springfield Armory XD-S Mod 2 OSP 3.3 Sub-Compact 9MM Pistol. The Springfield single-stack 9mm XD-S Mod 2 was designed as a deep-cover defensive pistol with an overall width of only about 7/8 of an inch and three separate safety systems. Originally introduced as the XD-S in 2013, this Mod.2 version was updated in 2020 with new grip texture, new sights and a grip safety. Even more recently, Springfield updated the line entirely. Now the guns are all updated with an optics cut on the slide and are called the XD-S Mod 2 OSP for “Optic Sight Pistol”. This particular OSP pistol came equipped with a factory installed Crimson Trace CTS-1500 Micro Red Dot. Includes range activity and detailed demonstration of disassembly and reassembly.
