Who Should Govern Gaza? A Palestinian-Led Path, Guided by Qur’an & Justice (English Version)

Al-Salām ʿAlaykum. This is my respectful reaction to Imam Qasim’s video, “Who Should Govern Gaza?”
I present a clear, Qur’an-anchored roadmap: end the war, full withdrawal, humanitarian access, captives exchanged under real-world safety, and a Palestinian-mandated technocratic administration as an interim step toward free, independently observed elections. Neighbouring states may help—not rule—under strict transparency and accountability.
