Approach by the Boeing KC-46 Pegasus aerial refueling tanker at Le Bourget Airport

This is the kind of approach by the Boeing KC-46 Pegasus aerial refueling tanker at Le Bourget Airport (France).

Apparently, the pilots were performing a visual approach, turning onto the final approach course very close to the runway threshold. And when they missed the turn, they had to correct their position already over the runway, at a low altitude. 😱

I don't know about the military, but in civil aviation, for something like this, to put it mildly, they won’t "pat you on the head." 😖
