The Glory of Eternal Life | A Prophetic Song of Renewal, Resurrection & Hope

✨ Eternal life is not just about living forever—it’s about living with God, in His presence, together as His children, in a renewed creation. Scripture makes it clear that eternal life is both a present reality in Christ and a future promise.

Jesus Himself defined it: “This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent” (John 17:3). It begins now, as we walk with Him, but its fullness comes with resurrection, when the heavens and the earth are made new.

God’s Word assures us:

Eternal life is His gift through Christ (Romans 6:23).

We will be raised and gathered together with those who have gone before (1 Thessalonians 4:16–18).

The new heavens and the new earth will be a place where righteousness dwells, where there is no more death, sorrow, or pain (Revelation 21:1–5; Isaiah 65:17).

David himself declared after the loss of his child, “I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me” (2 Samuel 12:23). This reveals the hope of reunion.

The renewal of creation is not destruction for its own sake—it is God’s restoration of all things. The heavens and the earth will be transformed, cleansed, and made new, fit for His presence to dwell with His people forever.
