Locals clean up after Typhoon Bualoi hits central Vietnam

Typhoon Bualoi tore through Vietnam's coast on Monday (September 29), killing at least 13 people and injuring 46, the government said, while accompanying strong winds and rains damaged homes, snapped power lines and flooded roads. Local resident Luong Truc Hieu, who used a make-shift raft to get around, said "every house here is flooded."
