UR Tears to Tiara Kakan no Daichi ティアーズ・トゥ・ティアラ Portable 39 NG+ Devil Mode Mercenaries Grind Done, Max Level Story Battles Continued and Taleshin Mostly Base 199 Level Check

Sadly, since I have Max 199 Exp Level Story Characters, I can't lower the enemy levels via Merc Class Change, meaning the future Story Characters that will join in their base Exp Level 199 won't be much help, as when I leveled those by minimizing the Level gained by story characters in my 2nd Devil Run with the Bottom Yellow/Orange Torque before each level up is quite glaring as with out it Base Exp Level 199 Octavia's 2 Chain Stock Special only damage the Final Boss in the Final battle with ONE Damage while with it it certainly isn't ONE Damage. The 1 Damage Octavia Special will be shown in the latter part of this run.
