Mini Tank Off-Road: Two tracks, two cylinders, two stroke, too much fun!

This is a PasseParTout (PPT) mini tracked vehicle that my Dad picked up over 30 years ago. He got it as a total basket case, missing the engine, most of the hull rusted away, and only one track installed. Back in the mid 90's I welded up the hull and got the track back on. He repowered it with a lawn mower engine, but I never saw that run. In this video I drag it out of the barn where it's been sitting for decades and do another re-power, this time with a Rotax fan cooled twin from a Ski-Doo Citation 300.
