When do The Villages new builds make sense? There are a few scenarios where they might and I cover those today. New builds in The Villages are bare bones and will require many updates in the $1,000's. The good thing about The Villages Florida is the overflow of new and existing home inventory on the market. Buying an Existing home in The Villages will normally have updates, enclosed lanai's, pools, expanded bird cages, updated landscaping and more. These are NOT CHEAP!! When you buy a new home from The Villages, you will have to spend some money to make it what you want.
