Store Your CRA Files in Panama, the Government Can Never Get Them!

the kind of Revenue Agency would have you believe that you have to do what they say. they will say things like we are invoking Clause 231.2 of the income tax act where we have the right to look at your books. without a court order from a real Court and a real judge and I am not talking about that stupid tax court, you don't have to do anything and even if you do have a court order that is presented to you you can appeal it.

even chapter 10 of the auditor's handbook for the Canada Revenue Agency states that if somebody's files are located outside of the country, they have to get your permission to fly to that country to read them. I store files for hundreds of Canadian businesses here in Panama which means the CRA would never get access to them even with a court order because I can promise you this, I will not be cooperating with any Canadian Court orders. I've had enough of the Canadian court system, it is not there to protect Canadians it is there to hurt Canadians and I am the chaos that the courts don't know how to deal with.

the income tax act does not apply to you if you don't work for the CRA so stop giving in to fear. send your records to me in Panama and keep your money where it belongs and that's in your pocket!
