6-Ingredient Chewy Peanut Butter Cookie Bars | Lunchbox & After School Treats

Easy six-ingredient after school or lunch box treat
Chewy Peanut Butter Bars Recipe
1/2 Cup Cream Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Butter, 1 stick, cut into cubes
1 Cup, 120 grams, AP Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs, room temperature, slightly beaten
Melt Butter and Peanut Butter in a medium bowl, either in the microwave, or while the oven is preheating.
Combine Flour and Sugar. Blend with Peanut Butter/Butter mixture.
Add 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract and 2 large, slightly beaten eggs. Mix well.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350F 26-30 minutes or until lightly browned around edges and pulling away from the pan.
Cool completely on wire rack. Slice into bars. Store at room temperature.
