Orlando Crypto Ponzi Scheme: Chris Delgado, Nadia Bringas (The Bookkeeper), and Goliath Ventures

This investigation uncovers the latest chapter in the downfall of Goliath Ventures Inc. and its founder Chris Delgado. What’s now clear is that Delgado wasn’t working alone. His trusted bookkeeper, Nadia Bringas, played a critical role in keeping investor money moving — handling payouts, verifying funds, and even signing Delgado’s multimillion-dollar real estate deals.

In July 2025, Delgado gave Bringas Power of Attorney to sign off on the purchase of a $3.2 million mansion in Winter Park, Florida. While investors were left waiting on redemption payouts, Delgado was upgrading his lifestyle.

But the paper trail doesn’t stop there. Just days after Goliath Ventures was dissolved in Florida, Bringas also dissolved her own company, Bringas Bookkeeping, with the same tax accountant — Harry Samuels — signing off on both closures. The timing is too precise to be coincidence.

And thanks to a leaked February 2025 training session transcript, we now know exactly how central Bringas was to Goliath’s operations. She was:

- Personally thanked by Delgado as part of his inner circle.
- Responsible for spreadsheets and ensuring payouts went where Delgado wanted them.
- Involved in wallet distribution decisions with Delgado.
- The one verifying funds in Salesforce before releasing money to the field.

In short, Bringas wasn’t a bystander — she was the financial gatekeeper of Goliath Ventures.

Delgado is also in the middle of a messy divorce, which may explain why he leaned so heavily on Bringas to handle sensitive transactions. But when you put it all together — multimillion-dollar property deals, dissolving companies, and a bookkeeper at the center of investor payouts — the picture that emerges is one of strategic financial concealment.
