These 1000 Ukrainian soldiers signed a petition addressed to Zelensky:
“Sir President!
You are approached by Ukrainian citizens who have long been ready for exchange, but for some reason known only to you, have been removed from the exchange lists by Ukrainian representatives in order to include other people there.
Mr. President, we elected you to take care of all Ukrainians, why do you not choose everyone, but only special ones - I want this, I don’t want that?
You often say that we need to exchange everyone for everyone. So give back all the Russian prisoners of war and take an equal number of ours from captivity. This will be more honest than choosing 50-100 "special" people per month. There are thousands of us here!
