I’m pleased to announce I have retained a respected appellate team for the Rule 60(d)(3) appeal of my motion against the SEC denial:

• The Honorable Shannon Frison, founding partner of Frison Firm, P.C., U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former Massachusetts Superior Court Judge, known for landmark decisions—including imposing a below-minimum sentence in Commonwealth v. Laltaprasad, and her thoughtful rulings in complex fee‑dispute cases such as BourgeoisWhite v. Sterling Lion.

• Professor Ronald S. Sullivan, Jr., Clinical Professor at Harvard Law School, former Director of the D.C. Public Defender Service, and lead counsel in high-profile criminal defense cases including securing an acquittal in the double‑homicide case of Aaron Hernandez, as well as bringing justice in wrongful-death and innocence cases (e.g., Michael Brown family settlement, Brooklyn Conviction Review Unit).

• Supported by experienced appellate co‑counsel with deep federal litigation expertise.

This team brings substantial appellate, academic, constitutional, and advocacy experience to bear on this appeal."
