Episode 45 of Skywatcher Stories is an incredible one! We start things off with a man in Washington who, in 1999, goes on a multi-day camping and hiking trip with two friends. They go to the beautiful and remote, Shi Shi Beach, on the northwest tip of the state to spend a few days along the untouched coast. On the very first night the rain rolls in, but while he's reading in his tent before bed, he notices the rain suddenly stop as if something is blocking it. After getting out to see what's going on, he realized there's a large patch of beach, including his campsite, where it is completely dry. Thinking it has to be some kind of natural phenomenon, he goes to bed, only to wake up to a wild animal next to his tent that is staring straight up in the sky. Our second terrifying tale comes to us from Crested Butte, Colorado, where a woman tells the strange story about her brother. During her son's birthday party, her brother was a no-show, which was not like him. He had gone on a mountain bike ride before the party and never showed up. After some anxiety and several hours, he finally calls and says he had a fall on the trail, the only thing is, he seems like a different person. Finally, the woman confronts him because of his weird behavior and he comes clean about what actually happened to him out on the trail. The third incredible alien story comes to us from a soldier stationed in Afghanistan. While walking back alone after a 12-hour shift, he not only sees an incredibly bizarre craft above him, but it follows him. When he stops to get a better look and figure out what's going on, it takes off at a speed he's never seen before. As someone who knows and works around all of the top-level drones and aircraft we have, he is positive what he saw is far beyond anything human-made. You won't want to miss this episode!
