Impressive accelerated video of a landing at Skardu airport in Pakistan

Which we wrote about in the previous post.

The video shows how challenging it is to land in such difficult conditions. The pilot approaches the airfield point at a high altitude, then performs several circles above the point, descending for the landing approach.

Of course, such a landing is only possible in visual conditions with good visibility. Performing such maneuvers in the mountains in poor visibility is tantamount to suicide.
