Note: "Man on the street" interviews are not necessarily reliable polling, but I think that they provide an important perspective on issues facing New Yorkers and general attitudes toward city politics.

How I film these interviews:
I ask someone if they'd like to be interviewed about the NYC mayor's race and issues facing the city (no-Billy-on-the-Street-style running up to people and shoving a mic in their face). Most people decline to be interviewed, and I am grateful to everyone who took the time to speak with me. I publish each interview with anyone who agrees to be interviewed.
