Meet Ricochet he is 43 years old and has been on the streets for over 25 years when his mother kicked him out at the age of 18. He said he left CA to come to AZ to stay at CASS. He said people get high because the dont like the now, they can't take now, they want to escape the now. He says the hardest part about being homeless is no running water you will never believe how little things like being about to roll out and use the restroom is so nice. He says a typical day is like Ground Hog Day, I wake up, get high, try to make money to get high and do they cycle all over again throughout the day. He said he can't give any advice to someone having a hard time he said he has a rope and knot ready for himself b/c at times he doesn't want to be here anymore so he can't give anyone else advice.
