Mitt Romney says he won't run in 2020

First the former Massachusetts governor dropped a "jealous, vengeful" op-ed for The Washington Post in which he ripped into President Donald Trump for no justifiable reason whatsoever.

Then hours later he announced that he would not be running for the presidency, shocking those who were positive his op-ed was designed to pave the path for him to run in 2020. Why else would he have taken shots at the president, especially after Trump helped him win election as a Utah senator?
