Walling's Vision for Tredway

From Executive Suite (1954), a John Houseman production. After Avery Bullard dies, the Tredway Corporation must vote for a new CEO. In response to the controller Loren Shaw, played by Fredric March, VP for Design and Development McDonald Walling, played by William Holden, gives his vision for the company to the board of directors in what to me is one of the most inspirational speeches ever filmed.
