At least 50 people were arrested and multiple injured across Serbia as anti-government protesters clashed with the police and government supporters in the Balkan nation. Massive protests have gripped Serbia since the collapse of the Novi Sad railway station roof killed 16 people in November last year. Riot police were deployed across multiple cities to contain the widespread protests that started Wednesday and continued on Thursday.
