This is where the world’s most advanced passenger planes take shape.
At the Airbus plant in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, over 16,000 engineers, technicians, and specialists work year-round to produce the aircraft that carry millions of passengers every day. This facility is one of the largest and most important hubs for modern aircraft construction anywhere in the world.

The backbone of Airbus’ massive logistics network is the Beluga — a giant cargo aircraft designed to transport wings, cockpits, and fuselage sections between eleven Airbus factories across Europe. Every year, Belugas carry more than 2,500 large aircraft components to keep production moving on schedule.

In this full HD documentary, we take you behind the scenes to see how cutting-edge Airbus planes are designed, assembled, and tested — from the arrival of massive parts to the moment an aircraft rolls out of the hangar ready for flight.
