The Walking Dead is a post-apocalyptic TV series based on the comic books by Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore, and Charlie Adlard. Set in a world overrun by zombies-referred to as "walkers"-the story follows survivors as they struggle to stay alive while facing not only the undead but also other humans who can be even more dangerous. Led for much of the series by former sheriff Rick Grimes, the group constantly moves through dangerous territories, confronting loss, moral dilemmas, and shifting alliances.
