Can states reduce their dependence on China and become robust manufacturing bases?

Oklahoma Governor Kevn Stitt says yes.

"If there is some kind of conflict between Taiwan and China, it could make the COVID pandemic x20 as far as supply chains.

And so, we were trying to ask all of our state agencies, 'Hey, can y'all do a deep dive to see what what would happen with state government if we did lose some of that supply chain with some kind of conflict over there?'"
