Second Note Leaves Disturbing Clues in New York City Killings

Police found two handwritten notes from New York City shooter Shane Tamura. One note, discovered in his pocket, accused the NFL of hiding the dangers of brain injuries like CTE to protect profits and included a plea: “Study my brain please.
