🚨A South Norwood man, John Iwuh (54), has been jailed for 16 years for rape & voyeurism.

📍 He met the victim via Hinge in June 2022, then lured her to his home near Norwood Junction claiming he had little time due to work. He assaulted and raped her after she tried to leave.

📱 Police found a recording of the attack and nearly 11,000 contacts, many linked to dating apps.

👮‍♂️ DI Verma: “The victim showed great bravery. We believe there may be more victims. Please come forward — you will be heard and supported.”

🧑‍⚖️ Iwuh was sentenced on 11 July at Croydon Crown Court. He’s on the sex offenders register for life, with a restraining order & SHPO.
