The ‘Cognitive Revolution’ Theory is WRONG

The Cognitive Revolution theory, claims that around 70k-50k years ago, pre-historic Homo Sapiens underwent a sudden, dramatic transformation.
Possibly linked to a genetic mutation, this view suggests that we shifted almost overnight into imaginative, symbolic thinkers — creating art, complex language, religion, and culture for the first time and achieving what’s known as behavioral modernity.
However, I don’t think this is true.
I think there’s plenty of evidence that suggests complex human thought and intelligence goes way back, much deeper into prehistory...
