I know this is not my usual fare, but I am going through a tough time in life at the moment, so needed to create a track that mirrored my emotions. If you like rock, then this two part song series might be up your street. Enjoy.

Empty Shell tells a story from the viewpoint of a wife interacting with her husband that's just returned from war. He is suffering with PTSD at losing members of his squad and struggling to cope. This is the first part of a two part set, with the second part telling the story from the husbands perspective.
