I can sue everyone on my list that has invaded my privacy and my medical without my written consent

here's a proof from a lawyer that I can sue for people invading my privacy which includes camera systems in workplace, invading my privacy of my personal medical marriage information and financial information without my written consent. I can sue everyone on the list besides employers for the past 5 years that carry over to current jobs and their employees and their members as well as neighbors just about anyone even if I have a car tag number and they talk about my life my personal information. this law goes beyond defamation of character which is a lifelong thing that you can carry into at any point in time but this holds stronger than deformation of character cuz it goes under a civil rights and Liberty action and breaching my personal information without my written consent and talking about it or gossiping about it.
