Palm Beach County, FL - On 5/10/24 police radar pings on a stolen vehicle tag. A traffic stop is conducted on the vehicle, reported stolen earlier that day from Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. The operator of the vehicle stated she borrowed the vehicle from a friend and is coming from out of town. Further investigation revealed this was not factual information and she provided police with a false name.

The following charges were filed:

Theft grand of auto and fraud giving a false name to law enforcement officer.
