The Big O " Electric City"

In this episode, mysterious power outages plague Paradigm City, leading Roger Smith to investigate. He discovers that the outages are caused by a giant, electric eel-like creature emerging from a lake near Electric City, which is powered by a hydroelectric plant. The locals fear the creature, whom they believe to be a god, and refuse to reactivate the plant. Roger, with the help of Big O, battles the creature, ultimately defeating it with the help of an old man who shuts down the dam, cutting off the creature's power source.
