LayLa rescue needs help with ear

Somebody threw this dog out of a truck and we rescued it. Please comment below of a natural holistic solution for dog ear yeast infection, causing it to scratch hard. Vet gave us something for immediate treatment, but we're looking for something more natural and 🐕‍🦺 Holistic moving forward if you know of any thing we can do.
