Rumble / Strange Weather - Cars and trams travelled along flooded roads in Melbourne on Friday, December 14, after the central business district was lashed by a severe storm and torrential rain. Victoria SES warned people in Melbourne and the eastern inner suburbs they were in danger due to flooding, and advised people not to travel through floodwaters.
