After Iran failed to comply, Trump greenlit the mission that targeted facilities critical to Iran’s nuclear infrastructure.

The Fordow Plant, once considered nearly impenetrable due to its location deep under a mountain, was among the primary targets. Axios previously reported that dismantling such a fortified facility would require U.S.-made bunker-busting weaponry, which now appears to have been deployed successfully. “The Fordow Plant is gone,” Trump stated, signaling the destruction of a key pillar in Iran’s nuclear apparatus.
