"Welcome to the Shuv Show. I’m your host, Christene Jackman.
Tonight’s topic is on the Mark of the Beast from Revelation.
I want to present an angle on the issue you may not have noticed.

In Revelation 13, the Dragon, Hasatan, gives power to the Beast that comes up out the sea. The sea represents the gentile nations. One of the beast’s seven heads is “slaughtered to death” (lit. in the text). To the amazement of the world, that fatal wound is healed. And they follow the Beast. Verse four reveals they worship the Dragon and the Beast.
This is a blasphemous anti-God religious system draped in a government.

Revelation 13:7-8, “It was also given to him to make war with the saints (hag'-ee-os holy ones, set apart ones) and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. All who dwell on the earth will worship him, [everyone] whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain.”

Now, in verse 11, we are introduced to Another Beast. This one comes up out of the earth, not the sea. What does the “earth” represent? Remember, the Adversary likes to imitate the Almighty’s work. This Second Beast, the False Prophet, is given authority by the First Beast and performs signs & wonders to deceive, makes people worship the First Beast. The duped are set apart by taking the mark on the right hand or forehead . . . "
