Illegal Oyster Harvesting Landed Them In Jail

On 02/18/2025 Levy county Florida Florida Fish and Wildlife officers, On a Vessel and from aircraft surveilled a boat with two persons onboard harvesting oysters illegally. When their boat was approached by FWC officers the two begun throwing bags of oysters overboard. They were arrested and charged Illegal Harvesting of Oysters.
