Police confront drunk Florida Man lurking at the park

Palm Beach County, Florida – On 6/28/2024 police respond to a local park for a disturbance. An older male who was intoxicated, was walking around with his shirt off, following young females around, being overly “friendly”. Police find the male with a group of young adults at the pickleball court, where they ask him to put his shirt back on and leave the premises. While escorting him off the property, he becomes aggressive with police and begins interrupting another group of young adults playing basketball. When the male finally leaves the park, he enters a random vehicle of young adult males while they are trying to leave. Police are able to detain the male, who was facing disorderly intoxication, armed burglary, and resisting without violence charges. Ultimately, the alleged “victims” chose not to prosecute, and he was arrested for disorderly intoxication and resisting.
