👇 Tonights Watch Party will be In Time (2011), starring Justin Timberlake, is a dystopian science fiction thriller set in a future where time is literally currency. People stop aging at 25, but are genetically engineered to live only one more year—unless they can earn, steal, or inherit more time. The rich can live forever, while the poor struggle to survive day-to-day. Timberlake plays Will Salas, a working-class man who gains a massive amount of time from a wealthy stranger and quickly becomes a fugitive after being falsely accused of murder. As he partners with Sylvia Weis (Amanda Seyfried), the daughter of a time-rich magnate, they fight to disrupt the system that allows the elite to hoard time while the masses perish. The film explores themes of class inequality, mortality, and the true value of time.
