Author and satirist Andrew Doyle joins The Winston Marshall Show to unpack the death throes of the woke movement—and why the culture war is entering a dangerous new phase.

Doyle makes the case that wokeness, as we’ve known it over the past 15 years, is collapsing—from the fall of DEI in major corporations to legal blows against gender ideology and the quiet retreat of activists once loud and proud. But he warns that authoritarianism never truly dies—it mutates.

The two dive into the roots of wokeness in postmodern theory and Marxist identity politics, the alliance between Islamists and progressives, and why institutions like the NHS, civil service, and comedy world became infected with ideology pushed by just 8% of the population.

Andrew also defends free speech by arguing that provocative art like Kneecap's performances and Kanye West's controversial song should be protected as essential expressions of artistic freedom.
