Mother and child both arrested for a misunderstanding?????

Sorry I don’t have all the information and details on this situation but I’m sure we all can use common sense and say that the mother was the only one getting arrested and it wasn’t for a misunderstanding. If there was no wrongdoing on her side she should sue. End of story!!!!
