Let's start with my all-time favorite exercises for my booty: The knee-friendly BOOTY BURN workout works perfectly for toning and shaping your booty and make it look round ➞ WITHOUT growing your thighs. It has also an anti-cellulites effect. No equipment, no squats and no jumps + NO EXCUSES!
▪️MY TIPS:
• Try not to take any breaks in between, but if you need to, just take them.
• For ultimate results, squeeze your butt during the whole workout.
• Repeating the workout 2x per week works perfectly.
• If you want your exercises be more intense, you can use weights or a resistance band. :)
