Democrats in Cali want you arrested if you use lethal force in your own home

Riverside County Sheriff Bianco issues a warning to CA residents that Democrats have put a bill out that defends a criminal who breaks into your home.

Yes, you heard that right. If you stand your ground in CA and k*ll a criminal in your home, you will be the one arrested.
Liberacrat: I know we always joked about this scenario of, “In CA, you will be the one arrested…” but now sadly, that joke has become a reality.
Patriot Steve: How can an elected official deny a citizen the right to defend themselves in their own homes against an intruder? They swore an oath to defend the Constitution. This is not only ridiculous but its TREASON.

Adam Kapp: Here's another key provision that has major implications:
"Existing law makes homicide justifiable when attempting to lawfully suppress a riot or to keep the peace, as specified. This bill would eliminate that provision." (emphasis added)
So police, national guard or citizens could be charged if they kill a rioter or looter. This will make it essentially impossible for people - including law enforcement - to stop a riot for fear of being prosecuted if they kill someone while doing so.
Is California being set up for rioters to be given carte blanche?
It seems so.
Almost like a plan is in place...
