Rumble / Strange Weather - The Portuguese Maritime Authority issued a warning on Thursday, November 29, for the Azores after waves reaching 4m (13ft) high were forecasted for Friday and Saturday, local reports said. High waves and winds were recorded in Varadouro, in the Faial Island, on Tuesday afternoon. The storm continued its course towards Northern Ireland, the Irish Met Office said.
